Travis Docherty

A true born and bred Gold Coast local health Professional. Travis Docherty has enjoyed “making a difference” to those whom require expert Allied Health clinical intervention and treatment. Adult and Paediatric complex disability remains his passion and subsequently his continued study and clinical work remains in this area.

Travis Docherty received his qualifications from Griffith University. He continued to remain involved in the Academic arena through a long standing Adjunct Assistant Professor appointment with Bond University.

A professional input and educational role with the Doctorate of Physiotherapy School has occurred since its inception over a decade ago. 

Travis Docherty is most renown for his work in building a successful and clinically effective Allied Health organisation whom now employ and support essential health professionals from across the entire spectrum of the clinical discipline list. Previously known as Rehabilitation At Home, Allied Health Services Australia provide services to Aged Care, Community and Medical Centres across the entire South East QLD and Northern NSW locality.

Travis Docherty has been appointed the Clinical Director of Paediatric Centre Gold Coast for his innovative and contemporary approaches toward both clinical quality and service delivery. Further to this role is the development of the core foundation programs that under pin the facility, whilst also managing the continuity between clinical disciplines and services.
